My name is Paul Waterton and I bring a wide background into the mortgage business.
After a successful career in the culinary industry, I got into real estate development. I bought, renovated, and sold residential properties. Some I kept in my portfolio and some I sold.
The experience I gained finding mortgages for the various properties I acquired, lead to a keen interest in the mortgage industry.
I became a Mortgage Agent in 2011 and a Broker in 2014. Shortly after becoming a mortgage brokerage, I was approached by Mortgage Alliance and purchased a franchise from them.
As my interest became more focused on farm and commercial financing I decided to sever my ties with Mortgage Alliance and terminated my franchise agreement. Since then, I have focused on financing Farms, raw land and commercial properties.
